Hi,
I run an online magazine website catering to photographers that still enjoy the traditional photographic processes, and they don’t come more traditional than daguerreotypy! I have asked someone to write an article on the process, but they mentioned that they’re just getting in to this field – and that’s great for an article as it’ll (hopefully) show some of the trials and tribulations, ups and downs of creating daguerreotypes when you first start off.
What I’d like to do is run another article alongside from someone who has been involved in daguerreotypes for a number of years and has alot more experience. Would you be willing to write that article? I could run a daguerreotype special, where we can also advertise this forum (and other dag sites) as well.
You can PM me here if you’d like, or email me at d.vickers@creativeimagemaker.co.uk for more information.
If you’d like to check the magazine out first – take a look at http://creativeimagemaker.co.uk.
Many thanks,
David Vickers.
